- Train No. 9713 Paris-Barcelona
- Train No. 9724 Barcelona-Marseille
- Train No. 9731 Marseille-Barcelona
The offer of international frequencies and trains between Spain and France will be expanded depending on demand. Currently, these trains from Renfe – SNCF are already open for booking and sale for the summer months and all the news and extensions of frequencies and destinations will be informed promptly. Check here the available information.
SPECIAL AFTER-SALES MEASURES FOR SUPPORTED SERVICES OR JOURNEYS UNTIL AUGUST 30
Travelers will be able to choose the refund of the ticket amount without cost or change of travel date in the same class and route depending on the availability of seats and the trains that run.
CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT
• Tickets issued on channels Renfe
- Before the scheduled departure of the train, by cancellation without charges in the sales channel where the ticket was issued.
- In cases where it cannot be canceled without expenses and for refund requests after train departure must go to the points of sale and Customer Service of the Stations.
- If the cancellation without expenses is not possible, the Travel can request the After-Sales Department for refund
REQUEST TO CHANGE TRAVEL DATE
Until 08/30: request the change at no additional cost. To do this, you must go to the Customer Service Centers of the Renfe stations where they will be provided with a rebook fee for the new train and desired date, according to availability. You must present the original ticket and the new reservation during the trip.
