Retrieving your ticket depends on the type of ticket you have and the rail operator.

In general you can rely on the instructions in your confirmation emails, as they will provide you with the necessary steps and will of course adapt to each rail operator and ticket type.

SNCF and Lyria tickets

We issue two different types of tickets: print-at-station or print-at-home e-tickets.

E-tickets:

  • You can print them yourself on A4/Letter sized paper;
  • Present the tickets’ barcode using our Android or iOS apps;
  • Print it from a SNCF self-service terminal. At the terminal, go to the ‘e-billet’ section and then choose ‘print confirmations and memos’ and enter your 6-character booking reference. You can find it in your confirmation email or in the tickets section of your account;
  • If you have added a loyalty/frequent traveller card to your profile, then you have nothing to print. The e-ticket is saved onto your card which you will need to be present upon inspection.

Print-at-station tickets:

  • Print them from a SNCF self-service ticket terminal using your booking reference e.g. QVTLXN/SMITH. You can find it in your confirmation email or in the tickets section of your account;
  • Print them from a SNCF self-service ticket terminal using your loyalty card;
  • Retrieve them from a SNCF ticket office at a station using your booking reference and name.

A very limited amount of (small/remote) train stations in France (TER regional stations) may not be equipped with self-service ticket terminals or ticket offices. In this case you should retrieve your tickets at another station beforehand.

Thalys tickets

For Thalys reservations, you will either receive a print-at-home e-ticket (sent to you by Thalys) or a print-at-station ticket.

E-Ticket:
